They are doing that because he has turned off their brakes. They dont normally plow into eachother like that. He has just edited how the computers drive.

man it seems the cpu cars are just running into the wreck and thier not trying to avoid it like in real life

They do try, they slow down, but they arein close packs, so they cant really turn without crashing into someone else. Its a crash/crash situation
