		<description>It&#039;s been a while, but from what I can remember, you take a car file, copy it back in the same folder, then rename it to whatever you want it to be named.  After you do that, you can go in and re-paint it.  Make sure you use the color palate that&#039;s in the game, or it won&#039;t work.</description>
